Yes, I’ve ignored RV Poetry

But, our dream of RVing is very much alive. We made it to Florida, Leon is in class to prepare for his exam for his new career, and we only shipped 450 lbs of stuff down here. Of course, that does not count all we stuffed in and above our Santa Fe… Wonder how many lbs that was?

Of course, since the things we shipped won’t be here until Monday, we had to buy a few things to survive – and borrow a few, so that is more lbs, but much of that won’t be in the RV – or will it? I have no clue yet how many lbs will fit, especially since we have not even made a decision on which one we want…

I’m already attached to our little apartment in Pompano Beach – and it does have a bit more room than an RV, but come next summer, we will be ready to find our RV, I think, though finding the appropriate place to set it up to live in next winter may be a bit difficult down here in South Florida. I have not seen or read of that many RV resorts/parks/whatevers in the area near the office.  But then, who knows what we will discover next spring when we start looking.

Why, if the business went well, we could have a small place here and in WA and then make do with a smaller RV, right?

All I know for sure, change and adventure have started, the RV is now less a dream and more a possibility, and being close to family again is great, though I miss WA, but we will be back there in the summer. Thank goodness, heat and I do not get along!
