Just to tell us they were in the process of getting new windows permitted! Now, she may only be doing the back, but then, who knows — and some are better than none! This is one surprise I don’t mind.
Today has been a good day, I treated myself with respect: remembered to exercise some, took my flax. Leon did something good for himself that he normally puts off – and heck, the sky is bright today.
I hope your day has progress in it, whether your own or indirectly affecting you. Now, why not celebrate today by eating some vegetables and fruit – your favorites, of course. Just think, for today, at least, you will be eating healthier, well unless you fill up only on ice cream, like someone, I know. Remember this picture?
