Did you know a blank in a real gun can kill a person? I did not, but then I wouldn’t trust an unloaded real gun if you proved to me without a doubt it was unloaded.
But most people are not as careful as I am. (or anal, depending on your perspective)
Another person, a teenager, lost his life because he handled a real gun loaded with a blank. It was not a loss of life that should have happened. And it certainly should have not happened in high school or backstage at any theatre.
Educate yourself and those around you. Please, don’t assume we all know that blanks can kill.
I knew that a blank can kill…I don’t like guns of any kind. It’s a pity that they are so readily available. What a tragic accident that one was.
