Dear Daddy:
Thanks for talking me out of being an accountant. I would not have any hair left had I, but then maybe I would have finished my taxes already…
By the way, I know you hated it when I took my closet doors off those many years ago, but I’m really glad you didn’t put them back up yourself when I wasn’t home. I still hate closet doors, can’t wait to own a house again so I can sell the bi-folds and have Leon put up curtains. No, I won’t have a walk through closet again with everything out in the open — but only because we want to downsize, not because I don’t still love that idea.
Hope you and Mom are having fun. I’ve come to the conclusion that where you think you will go after death is where you go, so I assume you to are still romping around Heaven – playing golf.
Leon has not held a golf club in years, but is about to, found used clubs, for now, until he is sure his shoulder is better. Your grandson, however, just placed third in a small tournament, or so I heard.
Speaking of your grandson, he is no longer squirting the elderly with water, now that he has grown up, though Leon was spraying the dog when we dog sat. Guess it is a guy thing. Here’s the pic in case you missed it.
Say hi to Mom. I’m sure she’s golfing with you up there in Heaven – when she is not dragging you to the beach.
Love,
Marcia
P.S. Bill just did a music/video tribute as a memorial for a man who lost his life way too soon. I know you didn’t understand his need and want for music way way back then, but I’m sure now, these years later, you would.

This was a great post. I hope he’s got a great golf game.
Thanks, TC. His game was good enough, I’m sure now it is awesome, after all, look where he is playing, grin. MMB
